4. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you after your application is processed. This will include your account balance and important camp information.
$45 is a non-refundable fee. Your deposit will be applied to your campers tuition. Completed applications can also be dropped off at a scheduled open house.
For your financial security, credit card payments are accepted at scheduled open house dates (March 23, April 27, May 18), and onsite once camp begins.
No refunds once camp begins, May 28.
5% applied when tuition is paid in full by April 1.
*If you want to pay by credit card please be sure you attend the first Open House, Saturday, March 23 from 10am-12pm at Medea Creek Middle School.
Campers registered from 8:30-12:30 for a total of 15 days or more OR 8:30-3:30 for a total of 10 days or more, will be offered the following family discounts:
10% for the second child, 20% for the third and fourth child.
